14. Digital Products, Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of digital educational products, including online courses, ebooks, planners, downloadable materials, and digital toolkits, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the sales page.
For Calm Leadership for Parents: A 3-Day Reset, the Company offers a voluntary 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method if the request is submitted within the guarantee period.
EU Consumers
By purchasing digital content and receiving immediate access, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
